Little thing about taking the DLPT Thank you for your advise. So I would love to be an airborne. Let's just say that my wife wears the pants in my house. LOL She is not a huge fan of high deployment tempo And to her, I already deploy too often as it is.
In my 10 years of service, I've been deployed 5 times, 4 of them to IRAQ including a convoy duty, and if I add all the TDYs to here and there, I must have spent about 3 years out of 10 years away from home. I don't think that is too high, or too low, of a TDY tempo, but my wife certainly considers it excessive.
